Provide efficient and effective administration support to the members of the Compliance and Enforcement units and Legal Services Departments to ensure functional administration of Law Enforcement activities.
Typing dockets affidavits and charge sheet documentation.
Prepare authorisation cover for submission of affidavit and proposed charges for Authority to prosecute.
Typing court registers.
Typing Respondent letters.
Issuing of charge sheets and related duties.
Issuing of summons and witness subpeonas.
Assisting with the auditing of dockets to ensure correctness of detail and validity of charges when required.
Assisting with record keeping and statistical data (compile and retrieve).
Grade 12 with a relevant Certificate or Diploma in Office Administration, or equivalent / coupled with 1 year experience in office administration of which at least 2 years involve extensive typing.
Computer literate (MS Word/Excel/Powerpoint).
Typing skill 60 (at least 60w.p.m & accuracy essential)
Candidate should also possess good communication skills both verbal and written
Time management skills
Ability to work under pressure
Ability to observe confidentiality in terms of all aspects of the job
