Consultant Claims Front Office(Job Number: 00265549)
Absa Insurance Company is looking to hire Front Office Claims Consultants to co-ordinate and drive end to end claims fulfilment by ensuring that the turnaround time (TAT) service standards on claims are met or exceeded. Delight our customers by ensuring that claims are registered and validated within SLA and that regular feedback is provided to the customer and all queries are resolved to customer satisfaction. Constantly improve CSI and other customer service scores and drive down complaints.
All activities must be carried out as per the latest approved and published scripting, processes, procedures and SLAs.
Education and Experience Required
NQF Level 5
A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a customer services environment
Experience in processing HOC/PL/Commercial claims will be advantageous
Knowledge & Skills: (Maximum of 6)
Understanding of the short term insurance claims environment Level: Intermediate
Knowledge of HOC/PL/Commercial claims: Level – Intermediate
Communication skills (Verbal & Written): Level – Fluent verbal skills. Excellent
Customer Service skills: Level: Advanced
Computer literacy – MS Office (esp. Word & Excel): Level – Intermediate
Planning and Organising skills: Level – Intermediate.
