Position Title: Fleet Administrator
Location: Gauteng
Salary: Market Related

KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS:

The successful candidate must Read, Speak , Write English fluently.
Knowledge of Computer Programs: Various

EXPERIENCE

We are seeking a very strong candidate that has FML Experience. (Fleet administrator) A min of 3 years’ experience is a must
The successful candidate would have worked in a corporate company such as
Eqstra / Bidvest Fleet / Wes bank Fleet / Nedfleet
Keep track of mails
Answering of calls and helping whoever is on the phone if the other people aren’t in the office
Quoting existing AND new clients on their vehicle requirements
Receiving orders
Sourcing vehicles
Opening files and ensure all necessary paperwork is in files
Arrange lic & reg (even in different regions)
Keep clients updated daily on progress of their vehicle fitments / deliveries / even issues
When all paperwork is in order, ensure deals get invoiced
Cost sheets to dealers
Orders to suppliers
Arranging / following up on vehicle fitments
Checking and ensuring vehicles are perfect for delivery
Arrange deliveries across the country
Make sure delivery notes are signed
Sending pay out docs to relevant banks / FML companies
Dealing with day to day queries
Follow up on debtors for payment
Candidate must have strong admin / communication skills
Candidate must be able to work in a busy, open environment
Must be able to work under pressure and know how to deal with issues
