Identify new business opportunities for follow-on work and new leads at an assigned client.

Proactively develop broader and deeper knowledge of related consulting methodologies and the life sciences market through on-the-job experience and participation in training opportunities.
Develop Centre of Excellence specific subject matter expertise.
Master’s Degree in Industrial Psychology (registration with the HPCSA as an Industrial Psychologist)
Substantive OD and HR consulting experience (at least 15 years) within a management consulting firm
Proven track record and experience in leading large-scale OD/HR transformation projects and managing / building large teams
