To resolve customer and client queries, ensuring high collection level at all times within the set parameters of the Debt Collection Act, National Credit Act and Company operating procedures.
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
· Minimum Matric qualification is mandatory.
· Minimum of 1-year experience in Inbound debt and/or Inbound Customer Service.
· Working knowledge of South African regulatory and legal compliance requirements.
· Working knowledge of MS Office.
· Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving.
· Customer-centric.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Working 5 days a week and every alternative Saturday.
· Willing to work the following shifts on a monthly rotation basis:
07h00 to 1600 and 08h00 to 17h00.
