The Creditors Clerk will be managing all invoices and statements received from attorneys, sheriffs, tracers, external debt collectors and other vendors to ensure that the payment process is followed correctly.
Provide support to all stakeholders and vendors within the legal portfolio in ensuring that all invoices and statements are paid within the desired SLA times.
The Creditors Clerk is also responsible in assisting the portfolio manager with management of the department expenses

A Computer Literacy
Demonstrate the required knowledge and skills associated with operating a Personal Computer.
Demonstrates sound general office administration. Identifies and organises resources needed to accomplish tasks; manages time effectively.
Demonstrate the ability to identify problems and/or opportunities and responding to them with insight and creativity. Examining the possible solutions and making informed choices based on the best and most relevant information and resources available.
Demonstrate the ability to plan and draft meaningful reports that require submission. Ensure that the reports will contain commentary and input that will add value to the target audience.
The ability to converse with others. This can be done via the spoken or written word. The ability to identify and appropriately react to voice modulation, tempo and emotion. Body language also plays a critical role in face-to-face communication.
The ability to analyse, grasp and manage the cause of conflict. Then to plan a path of action that leads to a resolution.

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE:
Matric /Senior Certificate and / or equivalent qualification
DESIRED/ PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS
Higher Certificate in Business Administration
CERTIFICATIONS AND TRAINING COURSES
EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE
1-2 years working experience in an financial administration role
1-2 years industry experience

Excellent written communication skills
Ability to work under pressure
