Our client has a position for an Office Correspondence Clerk
Confident and administratively driven
Very accurate and fast typing skills as well as a high level of understanding are required on MS Excel ,MS Word and MS Outlook. strong communication skills and writing, grammar and spelling abilities are essential as well as 2 years + experience in a corporate administrative/correspondence based environment with the ability to time manage and complete and manage tasks in a competent and solutions centric manner.
Responsible for e mail, report and internal correspondence to (inter alia;)reply to requests for merchandise, damage claims, credit and other information, delinquent accounts, incorrect billings, or unsatisfactory services. Will be responsible for all duties involving gathering of data and preparation of correspondence.
Once reading emails and letters are correctly read, our candidate will arrange them to ensure that the most important ones are read and replied to first (prioritise correspondence according to urgency of response).The successful candidate will need to gather client/query information and timeously forward letters and emails beyond the scope of their expertise to the appropriate Manager/Department
