Payroll Administrator / Receptionist

We have a permanent opportunity available for a suitably experienced Payroll Administrator with our client that offers financial services to small & medium businesses.

Requirements:

Matric / National Senior Certificate.

·

Experience in a Payroll Administration function is required.

·

Experience with VIP Payroll will be beneficial.

·

Proficiency in Microsoft Packages (Word, Excel and Outlook).

·

Professional work ethic, accurate and diligent.

·

Reliable transport.

Duties:

Reception:

·

Managing an organised and neat Reception area.

·

Assisting clients with general enquiries related to the services of the business.

·

Taking and delivering messages as required.

Payroll:

·

General administration relating to personnel and payroll.

·

Collect and review time records and ensure accuracy of approved timesheets.

·

Process and balance of payroll.

·

Attending to payroll related queries.

·

Establish/maintain employee records.

·

Maintain policies and procedures relevant to payroll and administration.
