The right candidate must have at least 2 year’s solid experience in a Receptionist, PA & office administrator role and must be presentable.
Strong organisational skills, including assisting with facilitating travel arrangements for Directors, Managers and staff.
Strong Process Implementation skills.
Take own initiative and be pro-active.
Great telephonic and interpersonal skills.
Take ownership of reception and office duties together with meeting and greeting clients, candidate must present themselves professionally.
Ordering and maintaining of office and kitchen supplies, together with general procurement.
Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel and Outlook
Able to work under pressure while multi-tasking with attention to detail is an absolute must.
Able to work with confidential info with strong ethics.
The right candidate should have some bookkeeping skills.
Running ad-hoc errands and general office administration.
Assist with facilities and events management.
Assist with booking of boardrooms.
Ability to form part of the social committee.
Working with the Billing and Support teams as backup to render a professional service to our customers.
Good relationship with facilities team and the caretaker of the office park.
