A Client based in the Northern suburbs of Johannesburg, has a vacancy for a Senior Administrator Medical Aid. Brokerage experience will be beneficial. Job Summary: The Senior Administrator is involved in all facets of Customer Service, new business and sales support. This position will perform administrative tasks in the Medical Aid Department on behalf of the company and its representatives and clients.
Responsibilities: New Business Administration: Capturing of client information, and preparing necessary application forms Quality check all Health Care application forms and documents Assist on all administrative duties pertaining to the Application Form and Client information / communication Combining all documents in all types of programmes (PDF, Word, Photo)Keeping within turnaround times Driving application to activation and assist wherever possible to move case to activation Follow ups to representatives and clients Commissions: Adhering to payroll deadlines Updating database with commission amounts Receiving commission statements from all Health Care service providers Query & follow up on incorrect commission statements Capturing of commission information in Commission Software system Drafting and Drawing of commission statements to Director for approval Distribution of commission statements to relevant parties upon sign off of Director Reporting Drafting of various reports such including Queries Report daily report as per management for approval Leads Distribution: Twice a week to management and distribution partner Production daily to line manager and distribution partner Leads distribution Receiving leads on a daily basis, reporting thereof, and ensuring that leads are distributed to representatives within an hour Compiling leads report, and providing feedback to management and Distribution Partner when requested Queries: Manage, and resolve queries of all Health Care products (such as chronic, claims, option changes, contributions, cards, oncology, pre-authorisation, amendments, membership, maternity pharmacy, dental)Ensure feedback is provided within turnaround times Card Management: Obtaining client address and arrange delivery of cards with courier service Managing of waybills Administration: Assisting with compliance administration Minimum Requirements: Grade 12 RE 5 qualification Experience Min 3 years administration experience in a healthcare and financial services sectors Min 5 years experience in a medical schemes environment Medical Broker Admin experience will be very beneficial Skills: Advance Excel including Pivot tables Data software system At Work (advantageous) Commission Software System Comm Space (advantageous)
